01/05/2012 Happy New Year to All ! The Charlevoix Circle of Arts photography exhibition put on by their Photography Club contained many interesting and lovely works. I was granted the photographic art People's Choice award for my 20x30 image of Bond Falls 2011. Bond Falls is a lovely spot near Bruce Crossings. I recommend visiting Porcupine Mtn Wilderness State Park, and stopping at Bond Falls to walk around the falls area. The Crooked Tree Art Center photography exhibition is coming up soon; the opening is Jan 21st, 4-6pm.

8/26/2011 The summer has gone incredibly fast. The June issue of Mackinac Journal featured the Little Traverse Sailors with my photographs and Kate Bassett's article. The Wellness Center in Petoskey purchased 2 of my prints to have as permanent collection. They look great in an examination room off the dialysis area. I've had portraits and events this summer, as well as, did the Douglas Lake Art Fair - thank you to all my customers! I appreciate all of you!

5/2/2011 The photography exhibition was a huge success. Now they put up the Annual Youth Art Show at Crooked Tree Arts Center in Petoskey, MI. The regular show is on the main level, and the after school program - 21st Century Arts is on the lower level. My students from the after school program are from Pellston and Alanson. It's worth the stop if you are in the area!
